Warehouse - Williamsburg
Each floor is 9,000 square feet of open space. There is nice light from the bank of windows in the front of the building and from the large windows in the back of the building.
I wish I lived in these spaces.
There is great light on three sides of most floors!
There are some smaller areas, but most of the floors are open.
The side yard is large. Two trucks wide by three or four deep.
There is a large safe on the second floor. It adds a weird ambiance.
Loading Dock that leads to the side yard where there is parking.
