2000 square feet of raw loft space in the heart of dumbo
Dumbos Salt Works is a film and photo location. Both our flagship Loft space and our New York Qualified Production Sound Stage are in the historic former Eskimo Pie Company factory building at 110 Bridge Street in Dumbo, Brooklyn.
Our Loft has gorgeous half round windows, distressed walls, abundant natural light, wireless internet connection, HVAC systems, a full kitchen, freight elevator, and roof access available on request. 2,000 square feet for shooting, with an additional 3,000 for holding, etc.
Our QPF Sound Stage is 10,000 square feet on the first floor with an additional 4,000 square feet for holding and 2 loading bays off the parking lot. Part or all of the parking lot is available for rental during your shoot for convenient loading in and out.
Our location is not in a New York City Red Zone for filming or photography.
